[Trlog] NextBandmap & Some SS Stuff

I think your NEXTBANDMAP problem is likely how you invoke the command in 
the LOGCFG.DAT. Make sure you have "CQ SSB MEMORY =..."  rather than 
just "CQ MEMORY = ...".
