[Trlog] Interface problems

I just dug out an old IBM Aptiva win98 machine to become my new DOS machine  
for TR.  I loaded my GenQSO log as a test and everything works beautifully  
except the interface.  I am using a pair of Ten Tec Omni VIs.  I have  not 
changed any of the settings on the radios.  I am using a DOS prompt  after shutdown 
of windows.
 
My frequency polling is after the fact, in other words, it will display the  
last frequency that I stopped on, not the current one.  The mode always  
switches to SSB and I have to change it via Alt M.
 
I had the Icom Response Timeout set at 500 and moved it up to 700 to no  
avail.  The command pause is set to 300.  I changed it to 400 with no  effect.
 
Any help here?
