[Trlog] 7qp.dom multiplier file for TR logging

Thanks to the sharp eye of Paul, W8TM, errors in the outside-W7 DOM file
have been fixed.

A corrected file was put on the 7QP web site today.

I do not have mailing privileges from here to the TR list otherwise I'd
post this info there too.
