[Trlog] Help... QSO numbers - a question

I seem to remember reading or hearing somewhere that there is a logcfg.dat 
command to start a log using some arbitrary QSO number rather than 1. 
However, I can't seem to find such a command anywhere in the manual, etc. 
Am I imagining things or does such a command really exist?
