[Trlog] V6.82 and Nextbandmap

Hi All,

Used 6.82 in the CQP this weekend.  I've got the F10 key in S&P mode programmed to "Nextbandmap" so I can cycle between stations I haven't worked quickly.  Using an FT990 I noticed that there was a noticeable delay in TR pulling the callsign up to match the frequency.  The radio would move instantly but there was the delay.  Reverted back to 6.78 and operation was normal.
