I should perhaps explain this.  Dmitriy is one of several people who have
said they would work on a windows version of TRLog.  However, unlike the
others, Dmitriy has actually come up with something that is actually logging
a contest.  He will likely be releasing a beta version of that soon.  

In the mean time, he has made this version of PostW available.
