[Trlog] TR Multiple Modes

I don't know if it's working or not, but it used to be a useful command with my 
TS-930+PIEXX, which had no way of reporting the correct mode to TRLog. Setting 
multiple modes to false kept it locked to the correct mode for the duration of 
the contest.
