[Trlog] Wintelnetx and IRQ's

I just discovered that DX cluster information from Wintelnetx gets garbled 
in the CTRL-B window when your logcfg.dat has the command: USE IRQS = TRUE

I need to set the IRQS TRUE to get the Orion talking to TR. Has anyone else 
seen this behavior, or better yet, found a way to work around the problem?
