[Trlog] Receiving QTCs

Why would you want to receive QTC's - non Eu send their QTC's to Eu
stations - so unless you are in Europe....

I've been fiddling with the cntl-q function trying to figure out how to
receive qtcs. I can send them using the cntl-q but how do I make TR go
into the receive qtc mode? The manual says to press cntl-q but it always
go into transmit qtc mode whether I'm in cq mode or s&p mode. Help! Paul
