[Trlog] Post run problem help

I am unable to get my Post utility to run and would welcome any 
help/suggestions.

I ran TR version 6.87 in the WPX contest. Before the contest I upgraded from 
version 6.79 by replacing the following ver 6.79 files with ver 6.87 files:

TR.exe
TR.ovr
Post.exe
Post.ovr

After the contest when I attempted to run the Post utility I got an error 
message. In an attempt to run the Post utility, I have since uploaded ver 
6.88. The files that I received for the ver 6.88 upgrade consisted of 
TR.exe, TR.ovr, Post.exe, but NOT Post.ovr.

So I am presently using ver 6.87 Post.ovr file and ver 6.88 TR.exe, TR.ovr, 
and Post.exe.

Now when I attempt to run Post, I receive the following error message:

'Stub Error (2002): can't find rtm.exe'

Any suggestions/advice?
