[Trlog] Take Two, Inconsistent Frequency Tracking

Thanks to all who responded with good suggestions.  Last night I 
upgraded from 6.79 to 6.88, and, with no other changes, frequency and 
mode display now are rock steady.  I have my fingers crossed that the 
problem is solved.  I won't be able to get on for SSB Sweepstakes, 
but CQWW should be a good test.  Thanks again to all.
