[Trlog] Dupe checks across the network?

I keep the bandmap on as a single op.  As I dupe check stations they are
added to the bandmap.  

In a multi setup, can my partner see what I've dupe checked if he moves to
my band?  That would allow a spotting station to fill up the bandmap in
advance of a band change.
