[Trlog] Dualing CQs with W9XT card?

Hi Robert

Add "DVKDELAY=4000" to the CQ Memory Alt F1 message line.

There are several places that the delay feature comes in handy when you use a DVK with TRlog.

   followed by DVKDELAY=xxxx and then Control-D in the message.]
