[Trlog] Changing log with freq entries to Q numbers?

I have a small contest log that requires QSO numbers to be submitted but I
had "log frequency" enabled so I didn't get the Q number in the log.dat or
in the log.cbr that I need.  I am pretty sure there is an easy way to
correct this but I cannot find the answer.  Any help?
