[Trlog] Problem with "slowness" in the CQ160 Contest

I noticed no slowdowns with 9.93 on an old Pentium II computer. 
I am running "smartdrv" which is a disk cache. I suspect that 
smartdrv may solve your problem. Please try it and let us know.
