[Trlog] W9XT ISA cards don't work with 6.93

I had an experience with 6.93 where the program took much longer to process 
a contact, especially using the K1EA DVP card,  than did 6.78. I have 
returned to 6.78 as well. There must be something in "dot 93" that has 
something to do with the way digitized audio is handled.
