[Trlog] Mexican State Question - Which file(s) to edit??

I installed it last night and 6.96 came up ok. I started up a 10M contest and it logged the Mexican states ok. XE4/XF4 (Revilla Gigedo) took the serial number as it should. I entered 5 or 6 and used different states for each XE call.
