[Trlog] TR Versions

I used TR 6.94 for the NAQP SSB contest this past weekend and had no
problems.  No flashing mult window and mult checking up to date with no
other key strokes required.  I can not use TR 7.00 because I use an internal
DVP board.  FWIW
