[Trlog] USB -> serial adapters for DOS?

I don't think you will find a DOS driver for USB/serial adapters.

I have used PCMCIA serial cards on an old Gateway laptop to run trlog so2r, that approach worked great. I think most serial PCMCIA cards do have a DOS driver, but check carefully before buying one.
