New Subject:

First of all, to set the stage: I am relatively computer illiterates.

I have been using Win EQF for several years . After trying the "trial
period" I purchased it and successfully entered the registration number and
proceeded with no real problem.

I realize that officially it is no longer being supported. Periodically it
doesn't enter contacts without interrupting with a message telling me the
trial period has ended and I should purchase the program and enter the
registration number. I then find and enter the inexcusably long registration
number and all is well - for another month or two........then the same
drill all over again.

I agree that it's a great program and hate to give up on it, but ..........

Is there anything that can be done ? - in layman's language.
