[Trlog] Help

I've never tried to build trlog, but to build drlog, which also uses 
ieee1284.h, one would receive this error unless one has installed the package 
(in debian 11):
   libieee1284-3-dev

So I suggest installing that package. So that would be something like:
   apt-get install libieee1284-3-dev

(And doubtless the equivalent needs to be done in distros that are not debian 
based.)
