[Trlog] DVK with radio's voice keyer

I have changed how the program looks for the Control-D to end a command.

It will use the last Control-D in the string now instead of the first
one.  This should allow you to program memory 4.

It will however prevent multiple commands from being in the same message -
but probably nobody is doing that.

It will be in the next release.
