[Trlog] V0.60 ALT-J Multiplier Bell

Played around a little this past weekend in CQWW, earlier had noticed 
during pre-contest setup that there was a newer release 0.60. I 
installed that and created a new CFG file for CQWW2024 based off a 
previous in 0.59 I had made (copy/paste). The ALT-J multiplier bell 
would not activate under 0.60 ./trlog, but if I used the ./trlog from 
0.59 and the same CFG file I just made, the ALT-J function would work. 
All my CFG and contest files are in a separate folder outside of the 
various release folders I have for TRlinux.

I did see in the release notes for 0.60 some changes with DVP/DVK had 
been made this time. Might be related?
