[UK-CONTEST] RoPoCo reminder

This Sunday 7th April sees the first RoPoCo contest of the year.   A short
two hour event, and a fun test of CW skills.  (I'm forever getting Bristol
and Bournemouth postcode mixed up)

The contest has yielded top 3 positions from stations running low dipoles
and/or low power, and the CW speed is moderate.

1st QSO:  RST+own postcode
Subsequent QSOs:  RST+previous postcode received
Time: 0700-0900 UTC
Freq:  3520-3570
Score: 10 points per contact with another UK station
