The time for inter-UK contests should have nothing to do with sleepy-heads
or the convenience of Church-goers, breakfast, lunch, tea time, or anything
else.

Inter U.K. contests should be held only at times when normal propagation
gives any U.K. station a reasonable change of working any other U.K.
station.
