    Great to hear that Brian (G4ODV) will be heard in the contests again,
tho' sorry to hear about the xyl, Brian.  You make some valid points, with
some common
sense remarks.


    You can make things too easy to try to encourage new-comers, but   'easy
come, easy go'!!


    Now, about LF Cumulatives,  I am one that bemoans their removal from the
contest calendar, and have (privately) moaned about lack of contacts in the
latter part of same, but we can do something about it.  Adopt an idea from
the 'Amateur Group of Belarus' series of 80M contests........every 15 mins
you can work the same station, yes, 8 times in a two-hour contest! There are
periods......e.g. 0900-0914, 0915-0929 etc.
That should provide enough for anyone !!
 BUT  BRING  BACK  the LF  CUMULATIVES.
(and perhaps Hopscotch)
