Presume you mean "P" noises not "S"  !? - that's the usual problem with 
talking too close to any mic - one solution (rather than lots of foam) 
is to talk ACROSS the mic - ie have it half an inch to the side of your 
mouth so you don't actually blast air into the capsule. That should 
help.
