[UK-CONTEST] RSGB Low Power contest....

Yesterdays contest was most disappointing, very poor conditions here in Cumbria and low numbers of participants. 88 QSOs in six hours is not my idea of contest fun and frankly not worth the effort of setting up a portable station on a fellside road in the Lake District. I had hoped that the end of the F&M disease would have encouraged more teams to take part.
        I have a Heil headset used with an FT1000mp, I have the boom straight out in front,such that I am speaking ACROSS the mic, which has no covering, and  have had no adverse comments provided the processing is applied sensibly.
