[UK-CONTEST] WRTC Selections

Good point if G = England why is it called a UK team why not separate teams
from each nation? After all they are all DXCC countries/entities!

For "Col" - I think it may be that the RSGB are of the opinion that the UK
is all one country after all we are not allowed to work each other in most
RSGB contests!!
