[UK-CONTEST] Jubilee Contest

Hello all

I think some people are being a bit hasty condemning
the categories in the Jubilee contest before we've any
experience of this new event - we've had several months
to point out missing sections,etc.   Let's wait and see
how it works, and I hope the HFCC will respond to
feedback after the event.   It can't possibly be too late
to amend the rules for 2003 !

Tim mentions the 'GQ' prefix - I'm not so sure about this
Tim, especially on CW - I've had a home callsign with 14
dashes in it for 35 years, and it's a pain !  Adding one 
more dash would not be a good idea for me. I don't see
anything in the rules to prevent the use of our club callsign
which is much shorter and snappier.     So, I'm still
trying to decide between SSB only or SSB/CW, but
whatever happens let's hope the propagation to the
far-flung parts of the Empire is good !

TR - thanks to Clive GW3NJW, I now have configured
TR for the Jubilee event.  There are a few errors in the
cty.dat file that you can download, so if anyone wants a
corrected (and expanded) copy of cty.dat at this late
stage, please e-mail me directly.
