[UK-CONTEST] Jubilee Contest

As a 'newcomer' (SWL since 1966) I for one will be out to enjoy the Jubilee
contest, warts and all!  Like IOTA we need to review the rules after the
event and move events on from there. GB5SI will be active from the Summer
Isles EU92 from Friday through to Monday. As well as the Jubilee contest I
will be supporting  the ANARTS RTTY contest which runs all weekend.  After
all of this and some sleep,  I will be on all bands 80-6m using ssb, cw,
rtty and psk.  It's great when you can pack two contests into one weekend!!
