This year's 21/28 ought to be the last. If the Jubilee contest is even half
a success, let's use the 21/28 weekends in 2003 for a New Commonwealth
contest along the same lines as the Jubilee, with separate SSB and CW
events. If October is thought to be too busy, the old 7 MHz weekend could
be used for one leg of the New Commonwealth contest, perhaps.

I also think the 21/28 contest have run their course Ed. There just isn't the number
of U.K. stations to work for the length of the contest, (especially true at sunspot minima).
Last October the Worked All Germany contest had much more appeal than the 21/28 CW
for me because there was seemingly an endless supply of Germans to work.

Replacing the 21/28's with 2 x Jubilee contests (separate CW & SSB legs) in October 2003
might be a bit too ambitious I feel. That's not to say I don't think this years June event will be a success
- I am sure it will be!

I think any subsequent 'Jubilee' or 'New Commonwealth' contest should take place on a single
weekend and have mixed, cw or ssb categories.
