[UK-CONTEST] NFD Less Than Four Weeks Away

This is another example of RSGB Contest committee UDI!!

As a result of this anyone who is on the uk-contest reflector has an
advantage over other groups.  The RSGB published 6 May and unless the whole
RSGB membership is notified of a change this date should stand.
