Acceptance of late registration shouldn't be a cause for
whinging about the HFCC ,   Dave BUO should be applauded for
trying to generate more FD activity.

In any event,  nowadays the rules clearly state .. "There is
no absolute requirement to register"  .. in order to take
part, .merely to win an award.
