Why is there a statement re 2003 when :
1/ Nothing in RadCom (as far I am aware) - or is the NCJ now our national society's journal too?
2/ We have not had feedback for the 2002 contest yet?

Puzzled (but then again, given the lack of consultation on the iota eu124 issue, maybe I should not be puzzled! - still waiting for the men in white coats to arrive with their measuring tape............ yawn)

I suspect Tim may not have seen the statement in NCJ about the
change in rules for the 2003 event, (and let's hope that does
occur) viz It will be SSB only! ; words fail me.
