[UK-CONTEST] HM Queen Elizabeth's 50th Jubilee

Greetings,

As part of the celebrations of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth's Golden Jubilee,
radio amateurs in both the Western and Eastern Sovereign Bases in Cyprus have
been granted the use of the special prefixes ZC40 and ZC41 for the month of
June 2002.

The prefixes have been allocated as follows:

ZC40 has been assigned to licensed ZC4 amateurs in the Eastern Sovereign Base Area.

ZC41 has been assigned to licensed ZC4 amateurs in the Western SBA.

For example, Bob ZC4ZM may use ZC41ZM and Geoff, ZC4VG would be ZC40VG.

Use of the prefixes is optional.

We look forward to working you and sharing in the jubilee celebrations.
