I thought the Condx were fairly good with not to much QRN. This Contest
needs to start 2 hours earlier i.e. 19Z, As I think it's unreasonable to
expect  EU activity at 0030-01Z when that's the middle of the night
in UA. Even France is 1 hour ahead of the UK.   I'm sure that change would
increase Q's.
