[UK-CONTEST] RSGB 21/28MHZ contest - G4IRC/P

Hi all,

Same basic thoughts on this one as everyone else.   Conditions basically 
poor, although some reasonable DX around for mults - just not the volume 
of activity.  Slow start (4Qs in first hour).  A few nice runs on 15m to 
Far East, and to a lesser extent to the States later on.  We should've 
tried to move more mults from one band to the other though.  Lets hope 
conditions are better by CQWW.
