October QST outlines how the publication of ARRL contests will be 
done on their web site in the future (they will have only a cut down 
version of the listings in QST after Jan 2003).  An pdf version of 
the full results will be available on the public parts of the site.  
More detailed scoring analysis will be available in the members only 
pages.  Seems reasonable to me.

Many on this reflector, including myself, are members of ARRL anyway. 
It is excellent value for money.

The full results of ARRL SSB are in the November issue of QST which 
arrived this week.  QST tends to arrive well before RadCom these 
days!
