[UK-CONTEST] HF SSB FD ... HF bands poor or what?

Hi Jim, 

Yes condx were very poor. From comments seen on the DxCluster, 160m conditions were good and NA US ops on 80m were reporting good paths to South America with "storm enhanced propagation" (that's a new one to me).

Raw QSO count this year was down 30% on last year. Goodbye cycle 23.
