I can see the scene now.  Wristwatch on the desk .. gmt of course.  . AR88 receiver plus a homebrew Transmitter.  Ex-RAF morse key.  Sheets of paper with the serial numbers already written in.  Oh yes and that cardboard dupe sheet .. suffixes first. All very quaint.

Come on guys you know it makes sense.  Throw away your  pencils.
