[UK-CONTEST] Crystal Balls

In terms of encouraging new people, the first and most important thing is to get them on the air, making contest QSOs. This can happen if only if the contest itself is fun. Worrying about them sending in a log comes further down the line.
 
My "wish list" for future contests would include real-time updates of other stations scores and an instant end of contest result.  All perfectly possible, even now.
On the way to this ideal it would at least be good to have the results published while I can still remember that I put in an entry.  

It seems obvious to me that we should move to mandatory E-mail entries for those stations who wish to be in the rankings. Those who wish to send in other logs can get a still get a mention as participants.
