No, Sergei was EM0U.  I believe EO6F was the one with the frazzled brain
(too much RF?).  

I've contested with Sergei (GI5W, M2 in CQWW CW) and I honestly believe
he does *not* have a 'no US or UK' attitude.  He's a nice guy and if
anything, tries to avoid confrontation or conflict, unless a defender is
in his way and he's trying to score a goal ;-)
