[UK-CONTEST] Query on prefix for Sudan/Southern Sudan?

I actually asked ST0RY this question (before a pile up developed!!). It
appears that since the deletion of ST0 the prefix has been used by clubs and
special events (Quote "like your GB call") so the answer is it counts as
Sudan. By the way it was located in Khartoum which is most definitely in
Sudan!!
