[UK-CONTEST] Log acknowledgements

Les queried whether or not any acknowledgements had been received for ROPOCO. Unfortunately the automated system hosted abroad is not working and we are having to rely on forwarding all email for a particular contest to the adjudicator. Therefore you will not receive an automated reply and any acknowledgements must be sent manually. I feel sure that individual adjudicators will be able to help - most likely by publishing a list of logs received to this reflector and perhaps the HFCC website.

We are currently seeking to correct this situation and apologise for any inconvenience. If any reader of this reflector has a server with a permanent internet connection which could be available to run some perl scripts and version control software please let me know. This could help us to resolve the issue.
