Dear All

There must have been considerable discussion on this over the years, but
can anyone tell me how to stay awake all night comfortably . I seem to
be coping reasonably well but I'd like to feel like I was on top of
this, especially on all night deafening 160M contests. ( Which of
course, I do enjoy !!)

Is there a secret formula ?
