[UK-CONTEST] NEW - UK contests next year

Just read on the cq-contest reflector an invitation to join the
Scottish-Russian Amateur Radio Society's three contests next year.

Using made up UK district codes and DXCC as multipliers everyone works
everyone.
Bit like the Jubilee Contest except a different contest for each mode and
you can work anyone.
Is this a missed opportunity by RSGB to hold a truly 'international UK
contest' or just another small event to participate in?  It will certainly
be interesting to see the activity levels.
