[UK-CONTEST] Planning for 2004 ?

I think a fundamental re think is overdue. My take is this remove the
requirement for UK contesters to be RSGB members. The winner still gets
presented if they choose to attend the HF convention with one of the pots,
however he does not take it away he is given a plaque for his win. Or we do
away with all the pots. Plaques should also go to the overseas winner as
well. The full Radcom report should go on the Website to give overseas
stations some encouragement.
    With the above changes we may see further interest from both UK and
abroad, it's at least worth a try. Further with the adoption of Cabrillo
entrants should be able to see a UBN report.
