Well, I like the idea Paul, although I would go with the 1pt/5pts option
rather than 10/50 - the effect is the same and the numbers look more
believable. Just one thing - I think I'm correct in saying that GD, GJ, GU
and EA8 are not actually full members of the EU, but have some form of
associate status. It gets more complicated because 3A and T7 also have
associate status, and I guess that ZB2 counts for G. There's never a simple
answer, is there???
