[UK-CONTEST] Correction to the VHFCC Changes Mail

As I wrote the last mail, I knew that there was a chance that I'd miss out
someone from the committee since I didn't have the list in front of me - and
of course I did.....

Roger Dixon, G4BVY is another key member of the committee - especially now
that he is looking after our paper and disk based entries. This is a good
opportunity to remind everyone that if they are submitting entries for RSGB
VHF Contests by post, then the new address is
